1. Start with clean and dry hands and nails.
2. Choose a strip that is slightly smaller than your actual nail size.
3. Peel off the strip and carefully place it onto your nail.
4. Press and smooth down the strip with your finger, ensuring that the strip is completely sealed to your nail.
5. Remove the excess nail strip with a nail scissor or nail clipper.
6. Tidy up the rest by filing off the remaining excess of the strip.
7. Cure your nails for 60 seconds using an LED nail lamp.
